  Recently went on Envy for 4 nights. What a great experience, couldn't recommend enough. Boat was amazing, plenty of space and great facilities. No expense spared on the boat, even has an electric boarding plank. TV and DVD in every room as well as a Bose surround sound system in the mains area. Large spa out the back deck was great. 3 bathrooms was more than adequate between everyone on the boat. Many afternoons spent in the lounge chairs up on the sun deck. Was a great holiday experience.

  Then the excuses come out. Disappointing response from owners regarding maintenance required on boat with suggestion that we were too stupid to work the stereo. Lucky they make money on their boats because they certainly will not get return custom from myself or any of my friends/family/colleagues/social media friends.

  We recently hired a Deluxe houseboat from the fleet and had an amazing time. While the more budget version the boat was still well equipped with a heated spa on the upper deck.

  The training we received from Brock was first class and Jacinta was a delight. Couldn’t have been more helpful. I find it really difficult to understand some of the negative reviews here as our experience was first class. We are looking forward to coming back and trying out one of the top end boats in the not too distant future.
