    Awful awful woman! Rang up to inquire about missing food from our order (after having gone all the way down to the river to eat) and after she had a go at me over the phone, she banned us from her shop all because I said ''but isnt the customer always right?" and asked for a refund for a $10 burger that they gave to someone else after swearing black and blue they gave it to us. My mother in-law sat listening and was in shock! Absolutely disgusting! Not the way you treat locals especially! There are much better fish and chip shops in town.

    Disgusting soggy fish and limp undercooked chips, disgusting. Also, the rudest woman I have ever encountered in hospitality. I am a local and will never go back.
