  Awful customer service. Rude and very unhelpful staff. The manager is even worse. Go across the road to Leading Edge And ask for Micheal if you need a phone. Telstra help? Call Telstra. An Indian call center is better than these guys. They lie to get you to sign up to bigger plans to get more commission. Then give you a business card but never return your calls. Very Bad.

  I came in the other week and was served by Emily. She was rude and snobby and I've never felt so disrespected in my life. She made me feel stupid for asking questions and for being old. She also told me to try Vodafone if I don't like the prices. What kind of service is that. I will never go to this Telstra again and will warn all my friends against this store and Emily in particular.

  Worst service ever. Please people do not go to this place for service. As they say can't complain about the service because we didn't get any !!!!!
