    Absolutely pitiful service. Was 300km from home with a car under warranty leaking fluid on Monday. Service department didnt want to know me. Said they could do it Friday. I told them it was likely a loose connection (as advised by my Melbourne dealer) but they wouldnt look at it. Found someone and had it fixed in 25 minutes. Very Unhelpful. Beware if buying a car off them and need urgent attention.

    A big thanks to the staff and especially Claude, a real professional approach with a no nonsense, honest communication style. A drop in resulted in the procurement of my Pajero Sport. Being my 4th Mitsi 4x4, reliability and dependability was never a question. It was down to the deal offered, sensational !!, the delivery was met with a detailed demo of the vehicle's features..., a first !!!!, not to mention I traveled from Melbourne and arrived when the dealership was close, this was not a problem, and to top it off, I got a full tank. This what I call service, and a true example of "going that extra mile". Thanks Claude !!
