  This cafe is awesome and I wish I tried it sooner. I now come here a lot for lunch on weekdays because I am addicted to their amazing soups (there is a different one everyday) that come with a slice of garlic bread. I quite enjoy that element of surprise for the daily soup specials. I have tried various soups in other cafes in Echuca and Fuzion Cafe has the best ones. I have also tried their green curry chicken and rice special and it was wholesome and yummy although the portion was too huge for me (but many would like that, I am just a small woman)! Service is very quick and staff are friendly. I would highly recommend this cafe to anyone looking for a quick dine-in lunch break or a longer dining experience in a very chill atmosphere.

  I've always been greated with warmth and kindness from the owners and staff. The food and coffee is great and the atmosphere is so warm and inviting! I always recommend Fuzion to anyone who is visiting Echuca.
